How to save a webpage as a PDF
You can save a webpage as a PDF on a Windows or Mac computer using any installed web browser, including Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox.
How to save a webpage as a PDF on Mac in Safari
- Open the webpage you want to save.
- In the Safari app on your Mac, choose File > Print.
- Click the options pop-up menu (in the separator bar), choose Safari, then set the webpage printing options.
- If you don’t see the options pop-up menu in a separator bar to the right of the page preview, click Show Details at the bottom of the Print dialog.
- To create a PDF of the webpage, click PDF at the bottom of the dialog, then choose what you want to do with the PDF.
How to save a webpage as a PDF on Windows in Google Chrome
- Open the webpage you want to save.
- In the top right corner of the screen, click the three dots to bring down the browser menu.
- From the dropdown menu, choose "Print."
- The Print settings window will appear. Select the first dropdown menu, labeled "Destination."
- Change the destination to "Save as PDF."
- Click Save and wait for the "Save As" window to appear.
- Name the file, select the file destination, and then click "Save."
How to save a webpage as a PDF on Windows in Microsoft Edge
- Open the webpage you want to save.

How to save a webpage as a PDF on Windows in Mozilla Firefox
- Open the webpage you want to save.
- In the top right corner of the screen, select three horizontal lines to open the browser menu.
- From the dropdown menu, choose "Print."
- The Print settings window will appear. Select "Microsoft Print to PDF" from the list of printer options. Note: Firefox doesn't include a built-in PDF printer, so you may need to use an extension if Microsoft Print isn't appearing.
