Desk Side Coaching is one-on-one assistance that fits your needs and your schedule. Individualized training is available to all faculty and staff on the following topics:
- accounts and access (on & off campus)
- backing up and managing your files
- installing and updating security software
- learning more about Google Apps for Education mail, calendar, drive and sites.
- navigating the Mac OS and Windows environments
- familiarize yourself with important quick links and direct URLS
