Calling a RISD Extension	Dial the 4-digit extension.
Local Calls	Dial 9 + telephone number
Directory Calls Local	Dial 9 + 411
Directory Calls Long Distance	Dial 9 + 1 (area code 555-1212)
Long Distance Calls	Outside the (401) area code - dial 9 + 1 + area code + telephone number
International Calls	Dial 9 + 011 + country code + city code, if needed + telephone number
Toll-Free Calls	Dial 9 + 1 + Toll Free Exchange
