To access your mailbox from someone else's desk phone

press the * key and the # key

To access your shared mailbox from your own phone

enter your mailbox number
input your password and follow instructions

To access your mailbox off campus

dial (401)454-6900 from off-campus
press the # key
input your voicemail box number
input your password and follow instructions
